Renovations

Line 51 will undergo renovations starting in 2018 with a planned finish in 2020 (in which it will receive a different line number). The street crossing with be replaced by a multi leveled crossing comparable to Station Ouderkerkerlaan. It will be temporarily closed, during which a bus will service the surround neighborhood.

The new crossing is part of the Amstelveenlijn project[1] Due to the disruption the local community will be served by replacement bus 55.

gollark: I mean, think about it. There's only one End exit portal, and you need it for elytra; the owner of it (admittedly like all real estate) only got it by happening to be there first, and now monopolises it.
