Southwest Enforcement Bureau

The Southwest Enforcement Bureau (SEB) is a regional police unit maintained collectively by eighteen Ohio police departments in Cuyahoga County, all suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio for the purpose of SWAT, snipers, bomb disposal and crisis negotiations.

The bureau is equipped with a bomb-disposal truck, an armored vehicle and a mobile command post.[1]
