History

The depot was originally built for Wisconsin Central Railway, which would eventually merge with Soo Line Railroad. It was built to replace a previous depot, which despite having survived a major tornado in 1899, would later be destroyed in a fire. This depot was designed to be fireproof.[2]

The depot remained active until 1968. In 1988, the depot was added to the National Register of Historic Places. The following year, it was listed on the State Register of Historic Places.

gollark: I would suggest skynet, but that needs websockets, and you can't have those and no ender modmes.
gollark: Well, if you don't have ender modems, you need some sort of central HTTP-based relay.

gollark: Let's just work through your thought process here, RadioRebel:1. I need a banking system!while true do 2. Nobody is giving me full code samples! The documentation is too hard! 3. Krist is too hard to use! I'll make my own, that should be simpler. 4. Nobody is giving me full code samples for this *harder* project! 5. Hmm, they're telling me to use krist, let's try that again.end
gollark: Basically, it can transmit a message to other computers, and computers wirelessly reachable by those, and so on.
