Sonam Tenzin
Sonam Tenzin (born 20 October 1986) is a football player from Bhutan. He plays as Forward for Druk Pol, having previously played in the Indian 3rd division for Buddhist Blue Stars.[1] He is also a member of the Bhutanese national team.

gollark: Actually, you may want to use LoRa directly and just fix it at a low data rate or something, not LoRaWAN. I've never actually used it, I just know it seems a reasonable option for this.
gollark: The range isn't anywhere near as good as you would get with some sort of high-powered HF transceiver, but you can skip the legal wotsits, and LoRaWAN stuff is available as cheap modules IIRC.

gollark: Oh, you could use LoRa! I forgot about that. It runs over unlicensed ISM bands.
gollark: In the US you can't transmit encrypted signals over amateur bands IIRC.
