Soghan Rural District
Soghan Rural District (Persian: دهستان صوغان) is a rural district (dehestan) in Arzuiyeh District, Baft County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 9,749, in 2,050 families.[1] The rural district has 53 villages.
