History

Nitish Kumar resigned on 26 July 2017 as Chief Minister of Bihar over differences with the coalition partner RJD due to naming of Tejashwi Yadav, the Deputy Chief Minister and Lalu's son in an FIR by the CBI.[1][2] Hours later, he joined the NDA which had thus far been the opposition, and secured a majority in the Assembly, taking the Chief Minister-ship once again on the very next day.[3][4][5][6]

gollark: You wouldn't know it.
gollark: Also calls would need some kind of primitive garbage collection.
gollark: That would make dialing fiddly, although I guess it could just make new calls unless you explicitly use an existing one.
gollark: Anyway, so, I would have to make the dialing interface more complicated to support multiple options along the lines of "connect to existing call(s) in channel", "create new call", that sort of thing.
gollark: That would introduce various challenges, ubq.
