Early life

Dhanwanthary grew up in the Middle East. She and her family moved back to India for her undergraduate studies. Shreya Dhanwanthary is an engineer. She got an offer to star in her first feature film while still studying at college and went onto to pursue acting full time soon after.

Career

While modelling, popular brands endorsed by her include Airtel, Pantaloons, Safi, Provogue, Vogue Eyewear, Gitanjal Maya Gold jewellery, D’damas jewellery, Jashn Sarees and Liberty Footwear.[1]

She was also the brand ambassador for Amazon Prime Video for two years. After starring and being spotted in several high profile national commercials; [1] she made her Bollywood debut with Why Cheat India opposite Emraan Hashmi.[2][3]

She has also authored a favourably reviewed book titled Fade To White.
