Sheikh Anne Rahman

Sheikh Anne Rahman is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the incumbent Member of Parliament of Reserved women's seat-19.[1] She is related to Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of Bangladesh.[2]

Early life

Rahman's is married to Sheikh Hafizur Rahman, cousin of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the first President of Bangladesh.[3][4]

Career

Rahman was elected to parliament from Pirojpur reserved seat as a Bangladesh Awami League candidate 30 December 2018.[5][6]
