Shebalino (Russian: Шебалино) is a rural locality (a khutor) and the administrative center of Shebalinovskoye Rural Settlement, Oktyabrsky District, Volgograd Oblast, Russia. The population was 763 as of 2010.[2] There are 12 streets.
