Shar Dubey

Shar Dubey is an Indian American businesswoman. She is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Match Group.[1][2] Dubey joined Match Group in 2006.[3]

Early life and education

Dubey graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology and subsequently obtained an MS from the Ohio State University.[4][5]

Career

Dubey was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tinder in 2017,[6] spearheading the launch of Tinder Gold which established Tinder as the highest grossing non-gaming app globally,[7][8][9][10] On January 1, 2018, Dubey was appointed President of Match Group[11] and joined its board of directors in 2019.[12][13] On March 1, 2020 she was promoted to CEO.[14][15][16]

Dubey is married and has one daughter.
