Sessions House, Northampton
The Sessions House is municipal building on George Row in Northampton, Northamptonshire. It is a Grade I listed building.[1]

History
The Sessions House, which was designed by Henry Bell of King's Lynn and Sir Roger Norwich, became one of the first facilities built after the Great Fire of Northampton when it was completed in 1678.[1] The ceilings were designed by Edward Goudge.[1] It was originally used as a facility for dispensing justice, but after Northampton Crown Court was completed in 1987, the Sessions House was converted for use as a Tourist Information Centre.[2] The building is adjacent to County Hall, the meeting place of Northamptonshire County Council.[3]
