Sergey Lozhkin
Sergey Lozhkin (Russian: Ло́жкин Серге́й Андре́евич) (born 1951) is a Russian mathematician, Professor, Dr.Sc., a professor at the Faculty of Computer Science at the Moscow State University.[1]
