Senior center

A senior center is a type of community center where older adults can congregate to fulfill many of their social, physical, emotional, and intellectual needs. In the United States, many towns have senior centers that are usually locally funded, though some may receive state and federal money.[1][2]

Activities

Activities vary by center and are based on the size of the center and funding. Activities can include:

gollark: Is that compatible with any of them?
gollark: Haskell code might end up terser still, because it's Haskell. That doesn't make it easy to write.
gollark: It lacks most of the things which make Python particularly usable.
gollark: Have you *used* OCaml?
gollark: If you want to look at some projects written in Python, or some small code snippets, you can ask for that.
