Seiji Matsuyama

Seiji Matsuyama (松山 せいじ, Matsuyama Seiji, born April 28, 1975) is a Japanese manga artist, and the creator of the fanservice-themed manga Eiken. He has a variety of hobbies, including video games, and collecting figurines and toy models.
