Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands

The Hong Kong Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands (Chinese: 房屋及規劃地政局局長) was the head of the Housing, Planning and Lands Bureau, which was responsible for urban planning policy, public housing and the management and selling of public lands. The position was abolished in 2007 when the Housing, Planning and Lands Bureau was abolished.

The position was created on 1 July 2002, when the Principal Officials Accountability System was introduced, by merging the previous positions of Secretary for Housing and Secretary for Planning and Lands. Before 2000, when the responsibility of environment issues was transferred to the new created position of Secretary for the Environment and Food, Secretary for Planning and Lands was known as Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands.
