Santa Isabel is a barrio in the municipality of Utuado, Puerto Rico. Its population in 2010 was 660.[3][4][5]

History
The United States took control of Puerto Rico from Spain in the aftermath of the Spanish-American War under the terms of the Treaty of Paris of 1898. In 1899, the United States conducted its first census of Puerto Rico finding that the population of Santa Isabel barrio was 875.[6]

gollark: I downloaded one of *those* to look at, and ran `strings` on it, and as well as what look like HTTP requests (presumably trying to exploit other devices), there are sets of strings like these:
gollark: I looked at the `.sh` file there, and it appears to just be trying to download and execute a bunch of binaries for different architectures.
