Sandra Đukić

Sandra Đukić (Serbian: Сандра Ђукић; also transliterated Djukić; born 3 June 1988) is a Serbian chess player who holds the title of Woman International Master (WIM, 2011).

Biography

Her first significant success was winning the Serbian National Championship for cadets under 10 years old in 1998. She went on to win the next 7 championships in her age group, breaking all national records in cadet chess under 18 years old.

At the World Cadet Blitz Chess Championship 1999 in Valencia she took second place. In 2002 she won the European Championship in rapid chess (25 minutes).

She also competed at the Serbian Women's Chess Championship in 2009 and 2013; in 2013, she took second place.[1][2][3]

In 2011 Đukić was awarded the FIDE International Women Master (WIM) title. [4] She has 2 WGM norms (2009).
