Brgy. San Fernando is one of the 30 barangays of Santo Tomas, Batangas. It is located in the southern part of the municipality and bordered by Brgy. San Joaquin on north, Brgy. Sta. Clara on west, and the municipality of Alaminos, Laguna on east.
