History
The club was founded in 1994 when Monterrey bought the recently promoted Halcones de Aguascalientes who then moved the club to Saltillo, Coahuila. The club's first tournament was played in 1994–1995 in the Primera A. Saltillo always finished in the middle of the standings and whenever they did have a good club the players were promoted to the first team Monterrey. The club was never able to play in the Primera División de México. In 2001 the clubs Monterrey and Tigres decided to trade affiliated clubs and so Club Saltillo Soccer became Tigrillos U.A.N.L. Saltillo' and so the club ceased to exist. Tigrillos was also defunct in 2003.
