The SVGEX [1] is a privately owned international private securities exchange platform registered in Kingstown, the capital city in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

SVGEX is the first international private securities exchange in the country who has obtained ISO 10383, the Codes for exchanges and market identification (MIC).

Supervision[2]

SVGEX is supervised by the Capital Market Association of the Eastern Caribbean ("CMAEC") with the business activities of stock listing, stock exchange, securities settlement and the related securities business activities in the Exchange. In the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the financial regulator i.e. Financial Services Authority[3] (hereafter "FSA") does not regulate the business activities for securities settlement, securities exchange nor initial public offerings activities in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (“SVG”), and the mentioned services are not given authority under the legislation to regulate the said activities.[4]
