Sahota

Sahota (also known as Sahotra and Sotra) is a caste native to the Punjab region and hilly regions of India and Pakistan.[1] The Sahotras are prevalent in the Hoshiarpur district.[2] Originally adherents of Hinduism, some Sahotras are now Muslims, Sikhs, and Christians.
