Sadık Albayrak
Sadık Albayrak (born 15 February 1942[1]) is a Turkish journalist and author of around 40 books. He was a member of Parliament from 1991 to 1995 for the Welfare Party. His 1980 book Son devir Osmanlı uleması won an award from the Writers Union of Turkey.[1]

He has been friends with Recep Tayyip Erdoğan since around 1980.[2] In 2004, his son, Berat Albayrak, married Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's daughter, Esra.[2] His son Serhat Albayrak is CEO of Calik Holding's Turkuvaz Media Group, while Berat is CEO of the holding.
