Russell O. Hickman

Russell O. Hickman (February 6, 1908 in Showell)[1] was an American politician and businessman.

Biography

Born in Showell, Maryland, Hickman owned a small loan business. In 1955, he served in the Maryland House of Delegates as a Democrat.[2]
