Ru Kuwahata
Ru Kuwahata is a Japanese animator and filmmaker, best known for her stop-motion film, Negative Space for which she received critical acclaim and was co-nominated for an Academy Award nomination for Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film with co-director and husband Max Porter.[1]

gollark: But `chrono` is very neat, you actually have a `DateTime<Utc>` type and don't just pass numbers or strings around.

gollark: `chrono` is actually really neat and makes having a time zone part of the type, to stop problematic errors.
gollark: It's not, though, because you lose sæfety because of just dealing with numbers.
