Romaniv Raion (Ukrainian: Романівський район), formerly Dzerzhynsk Raion, is a raion (district) of Zhytomyr Oblast, northern Ukraine. Its administrative centre is located at Romaniv. The raion covers an area of 1,037 square kilometres (400 sq mi). Population: 29,187 (2013 est.)[1]
