Rochas Foundation

Rochas Foundation is non - governmental,non-profit and charitable organization founded in 1998[1] with headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. It was founded by Rochas Okorocha, a Nigerian Businessman and politician.[2][3][4] Rochas Foundation has several subsidiary foundations which include Rochas Foundation College of Africa. Rochas Foundation focuses on empowering less privileged children on the streets of Africa through access to quality education through provision of free education scholarships.[5][6] It has 21 tuition-free schools across 12 states in Nigeria. In October 2019, Rochas Foundation budgeted one billion Naira (about 360 million US Dollar) to help out of school children in Nigeria.[7] In 2018, it offered scholarships to one thousand children in Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps in Benue State.[8][9]
