Robert T. Harms

Robert Thomas Harms (1932 – October 5, 2016) was an American linguist and emeritus professor of linguistics at University of Texas at Austin.[1] He is known for his research on grammar of Estonian and phonological theory.[2]

gollark: Quite possibly. There is apparently good evidence that "highly processed" food is bad, although I still haven't found out exactly what exactly "processed" means.
