Facilities and aircraft

Robert F. Swinnie Airport covers an area of 92 acres (37 ha) which contains one asphalt paved runway (18/36) measuring 3,001 x 60 ft (915 x 18 m). For the 12-month period ending September 13, 2006, the airport had 1,000 aircraft operations, 100% of which were general aviation.[1] In recent years, the trees have grown around the runway, making takeoff and landing more difficult. This caused an accident leading to death in early 2011.

gollark: Depends on the SSD. Some were tested and managed to write over a petabyte before failing. The worst did 300TB or so.
gollark: Apparently SSDs are roughly as reliable as HDDs, if not more so because of no moving parts.
gollark: They are VERY suitable for servers because servers often need high performance I/O, and are still pretty reliable.
gollark: This is because they are bees.
gollark: SolarFlame5 does not like SSDs.
