Richard Neill

Richard Neill (November 12, 1875 April 8, 1970) was an American actor of the silent era.[1] He appeared in 200 films between 1910 and 1959. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and died in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.

gollark: I suppose you could argue that I don't believe it as a "matter of principle" thing, but from what I've heard torture is *not* actually a very effective way to get information.
