Richard Kemp (politician)
Richard Kemp, CBE, is the Deputy Chair of the Community Wellbeing Board at the Local Government Association of England & Wales, and was previously the Leader of the Liberal Democrats in Local Government and Vice Chair of the Local Government Association of England & Wales for over six years until August 2011. A member of Liverpool City Council for 30 years, he is also Leader of the Liberal Democrats on the Council.[1][2][3]
