Club career

Born in Matosinhos, Rocha competed in the lower leagues until the age of almost 27, when he signed for G.D. Chaves for 2009–10. He made his debut in the Segunda Liga on 16 August by featuring the full 90 minutes in a 0–1 home loss against C.D. Feirense,[1] and contributed with a further 23 appearances as the season ended in relegation; additionally, he helped his team reach the final of the Taça de Portugal, being sent off in the last minute of a 1–2 defeat to FC Porto.[2][3]

In late January 2011, Rocha left Chaves and joined Primeira Liga club S.C. Beira-Mar on a free transfer.[4] After failing to establish himself, he returned to the second level with S.C. Covilhã in the summer.[5]

In another January transfer window move, and again as a free agent, Rocha returned to Chaves in 2013.[6] He started in all his appearances in his first year, helping the side return to the second tier as champions.[7]

gollark: ABR is of course AutoBotRobot, my Discord bot. It has its own OIR™ feature, and so it connects to icecast to pull a relatively current stream.
gollark: The Random Stuff API also connects to *this*, for reasons (it used to do more with this, but that got split out into ircsysmon), and broadcasts the current track into a dedicated #o channel also bridged to the Test 2 Discord guild, which a bunch of my stuff runs in.
gollark: Onto the other bits of the diagram. ngircd is an IRC server, and the osmarks.net instance of this participates in APIONET.
gollark: It was actually on caddy for quite a while, but v2 annoyed me, so I went back to nginx.
gollark: I have about 500 lines of horribly entangled configuration files driving this, despite the original design of osmarks.net (formerly osmarks.tk) calling for it to mostly be a static website.
