Rei Hirakawa (平川 怜, Hirakawa Rei, born April 20, 2000) is a Japanese football player.[3] He plays for Kagoshima United on loan from FC Tokyo.

Rei Hirakawa joined FC Tokyo in 2016. On October 30, he debuted in J3 League (v SC Sagamihara).[4][5]
