Ratnavel Pandian

Ratnavel Pandian (13 February 1929 – 28 February 2018) was an Indian judge who was a member of the Supreme Court from 1988 to 1994, and chief justice of Madras High Court in 1988.[1] He headed the Fifth Pay Commission.
