Rassvet (Russian: Рассвет) is a rural locality (a settlement) in Poperechenskoye Rural Settlement, Kotelnikovsky District, Volgograd Oblast, Russia. The population was 203 as of 2010.[2] There are 3 streets.

The village is located in steppe, 230 km from Volgograd, 28 km from Kotelnikovo, 12 km from Poperechny.
