Rangeela Aur Munawar Zarif

Rangeela Aur Munawar Zarif is a 1973 Pakistani comedy musical film. It stars Rangeela and Munawar Zarif in lead roles opposite Saiqa and Shaista Qaisar respectively.[1] Rangeela and Munawar Zarif formed a duo which is considered as one of the best comedy duos of the subcontinent.[2] It also stars Aurangzeb, Aslam Pervaiz, Saqi, Nasira, Mumtaz and Najma Mehboob.

Plot

Rangeela (Rangeela) and Munawar (Munawar Zarif), the two brothers are constantly getting themselves into trouble because of their inability to properly manage money. Plunging them both into debt.

Rangeela is in love with Razia (Saiqa), while Munawar loves Shabbo (Shaista Qaisar). When Shabbo's Aunt tries to sell her, Munawar and Rangeela save her. Munawar considers Razia as his sister because her long lost brother was also named Munawar. Rangeela has told Razia's father, Saith Rehman (Saqi) that he and Munawar are the sons of Khan Bahadur Ishtiaq Ali (also Munawar Zarif). Rehman decides to engage Razia to Rangeela. On the day of engagement, Rehman learns about the real identity of Rangeela and Munawar, he insults them.

In the end, Rehman finds out that Munawar is his missing son. He happily accepts Rangeela as his son in law and Shabbo as his daughter in law.
