Randy Tallman

George Randolph "Randy" Tallman (December 2, 1939 November 20, 2007) was an American voice actor who voiced characters for anime series at Funimation. He provided voices for a number of English-language versions of Japanese anime films and television shows. Tallman died on November 20, 2007. He was actually scheduled to play the role of Gan Fall in One Piece, before he was replaced by John Swasey.
