The 15119 / 20 Rameswaram-Manduadih Express runs from Rameswaram via Manamadurai Junction, Sivaganga, Devakottai Road, Karaikkudi Junction, Tiruchirappalli Junction, Thanjavur Junction, Kumbakonam, Viluppuram Junction, Chennai Egmore, Vijayawada Junction, Warangal, Ramagundam, Balharshah Junction, Nagpur Junction, Itarsi Junction, Jabalpur Junction, Satna, Katni Junction, Allahabad Junction to Manduadih.

Traction

As large sections of the route are yet to be fully electrified, a Erode Junction based WDM 3A diesel locomotive powers the train up to Chennai Egmore, then a Itarsi Junction based WAP-4 electric locomotive pulls the train up to Itarsi Junction, later a Itarsi Junction based WDM 3A diesel locomotive pulls the train to its destination.
