Early life and education
Adams-Hale has lived for much of his life in the village of Kimpton, Hertfordshire, before moving to St. Albans for the academy squad.
He went to Roundwood Park School. As of 2016, Adams-Hale was studying physics at King’s College, London, and "would have been at Cambridge had it been possible to juggle the logistics".[2]
Rugby career
He began playing rugby at a young age, playing minis rugby with Harpenden RFC. He played back row when he was 16.[3] He continued up to senior level with Harpenden, and also became a key figure in his school First XV.
He has re-signed with Saracens until at least 2023.[4]
