Rafik Mansour

Rafik Mansour is an American diplomat, class of minister-counselor and currently serving as the Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the United States of America in Singapore as of July 30, 2019. Mansour also served as Deputy Chief of Mission and Chargé d'affaires, a.i. of the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan, Armenia.[1]
