Rafał Kujawa

Rafał Kujawa (born July 11, 1988 in Łódź) is a Polish footballer who currently plays as a forward for ŁKS Łódź. He began his youth career at ŁKS Łódź, where he later made his professional debut during the 2007–2008 season.

He was a part of the Poland national under-21 football team.
