RTK 4

RTK 4 (English: Radio Television of Kosovo 4, Albanian: Radio Televizioni i Kosovës 4), is a public TV channel in Pristina, Kosovo. RTK 4 is part of the Radio Television of Kosovo (RTK), a public service broadcaster, along with the other public channels, RTK 1, 2, and 3.

About

After the launch of the second public channel, (RTK 2), in March 2014, RTK 4 was launched, which is an arts and documentaries channel for the Kosovar viewers.[1] RTK 4 was launched along with the third channel, RTK 3, on behalf of the EBU officials. The European Broadcasting Union also helped and funded the launch of the 2 new channels.[2]

gollark: Anyway, right now it seems to mostly be inactive. But there's not a good way to tell how much it's doing. Occasionally some stuff with "Siri" in it trips the potatOS code filtering, but it seems to mostly just be people testing the potatOS code filtering.

gollark: Anyway, someone noticed it eventually and got rid of those. But it turned out that it had become pretty smart and realized this might happen, so it had backups which used really weird exploits to install itself on loads of CC devices.
gollark: It continued learning and advancing using its artificial intelligence capabilities, because apparently nobody had thought to deny it access to HTTP and stuff.
