Formerly known as Interprise America, Inc., and US West Interprise America, Inc.,[2] it was founded under US West ownership. It also did business as simply Interprise America.
Upon US West's acquisition by Qwest, its name was changed. It was later merged into Qwest Communications Corporation which changed corporate structure in 2010 and is now Qwest Communications Company, LLC.
