Quinnie Cody
Quinnie Cody was the mayor of Mount Clemens, Michigan.[1] He served as mayor on two separate occasions, from 1987 to 1999, and from 2003 to 2005, when he retired. Barb Dempsey succeeded Mayor Cody.
