Pyxidiophora

Pyxidiophora is a genus of arthropod-associated fungi in the family Pyxidiophoraceae. It was circumscribed by mycologists Julius Oscar Brefeld and Franz von tavel in 1891. P. nyctalidis is the type species.[1]
