Puthiya Payanam

Puthiya Payanam is a 2017 Tamil sport action drama film from Malaysia.[1][2] The film is written and directed by Raven[3][4] who also stars in the film in the main role, together with Lavysha, Koghilan Ravi, Yoga and Suren. The theme of the film is about the life of a young man who undergoes hardships in the pursuit of improving his lifestyle.

The film was released in Malaysian cinema on 20 July 2017,[5] with a special screening premiere at NU Sentral on 10 August 2016[6]. The film managed to gross MYR 24,651.94 as its lifetime collection.[7]

Soundtrack

The film's soundtrack is scored by Edwin S.A. Meanwhile, the background sound is composed by Mansher Singh. The lyrics to the songs are written by Kausalya. The film has 2 songs with an OST titled Thirupumunai. The song Nirvaathamay, sung by Swetha Mohan and Chinmayi became a big hit.
