Pure Punjabi
Pure Punjabi (Punjabi: ਪਿਉਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ) is a 2012 Punjabi musical drama film. It is a story about four close friends based in Punjab with a passion for music.[2] The film was nominated for Best Director - Munish Sharma, Best Music - Gurmoh, Best Editor - Naresh Jakhu, Best Story, Best Screenplay, Best Actors, Best Dialogues categories in PTC Punjabi Film Awards.

Synopsis
Pure Punjabi is a passionate story of four friends from Punjab who desire to make it big in life by forming their own pop band. Their parents, though, are against this and want them to become doctors, engineers and businessman which creates the dramatic struggle for the film. The story follows the young people's journey, achievement and passion.[3]
