gollark: It refreshes every two seconds, that's the thing, so I can't get a massively accurate range.

gollark: It should be. I don't have the code for v1.6 on my laptop.
gollark: I mean, it says the ToD is *earlier* than the changed between time, which I think is positive safety-wise but may cause other problems.
