Prunus Girl

Prunus Girl (プラナス・ガール, Puranasu Gāru) is a Japanese shōnen manga series by Tomoki Matsumo. After two pilot chapters published in 2008 and 2009, the series began publication in Square Enix's Gangan Joker magazine in 2009.[1] and was compiled into six volumes. Soleil Productions licensed the series for publication in France and North America.[2]

Characters

Maki goes to look at the results of his high school entrance exam and meets a beautiful girl. Could this be a fated encounter? He's thrilled to find out that the same girl, Aikawa Kizuna, not only ends up going to his school but is in his class. However, he's not so thrilled to find out that Aikawa is really a guy!

Aikawa Kizuna is a mysterious classmate in Maki's class. Aikawa is always shown in female clothes, however introduces himself as a boy.

In "The Society", the thirty-third episode of the third season of The Amazing World of Gumball, all members of the fake secret school society formed by Darwin Watterson and Banana Joe for the sake of Gumball Watterson wear brown paper bags with eye-holes cut out and the same red symbols painted onto the bags as the KAFC (Kizuna Aikawa Fan Club) from Prunus Girl.
