PrivatBank (Latvia)

AS PrivatBank is a credit institution registered in the Republic of Latvia, established in 1992.[1]

The largest shareholder of AS PrivatBank is JSC CB PrivatBank (Ukraine). Prior to 16 August 2007, the bank was known as AS Banka Paritāte.[2]

In 2016, the Bank of Italy closed down the Italian branch of the bank due to irregularities with the money-laundering regulations.[3]
