Preslaysa Edwards
Preslaysa Cielita Edwards (born June 11, 1979 in New Brunswick, New Jersey) is an American actress best known for playing Cindy Ornette on Nickelodeon's The Mystery Files of Shelby Woo, which aired from 1996 to 1998.
